You are good fit if…

• Experience in the digital field
• Experience in managing several major accounts simultaneously
• Fluent command of Excel
• Experience in the position of customer service manager
• Ability to establish and maintain customer relations

• Knowledge of English either as a native language or at a very high level and with good pronunciation

• Comprehend the mechanics of auctions and advertising platforms algorithms

What you'll do

• Seeking growth points/adding new promotion channels
• Planning monetary indicators on the monthly/quarterly basis
• Coordinating successful cases and customer feedback
• Participating in the development of creative promotion hypotheses
• Conducting meetings live (visit relevant countries) and over Skype
• Preparing reports for customers
• Coordinating with customers and media buyers
• Payment monitoring
• Monitoring the fulfillment of customer goals by the media buying department
